About the event
Grab your friends and head to the flower garden for a relaxing evening creating your own fresh pumpkin flower arrangement! This is a public workshop, meaning there will likely be others attending at the same time as you. I will provide the flowers, pumpkins, and supplies! You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
If you have a preferred pumpkin color (green, orange, white or multicolor), please send me an email. Carved pumpkins and fresh flowers are perishable with a one week life expectancy when stored indoors out of direct sunlight.
Although this is a small surburban backyard flower garden, it is a "working-farm" garden. You can expect lots of bugs (grasshoppers, frogs, bees, beetles, etc.), dirt/mud/mulch, irrigation, equipment, a friendly dog, and uneven terrain. Please wear closed-toed shoes, sun protection and bug spray. The terrain is not suitable for individuals with ambulatory assistive devices (wheelchairs, strollers, etc.).
